mcww Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the mcww platform and all services included within it. By using mcww's website, app, or any other channel, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

3.1 Account Registration

Providing your correct name, mobile number, and other required details is mandatory when opening an account with mcww. If any of your information changes in the future, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Password and Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact [email protected] immediately.

mcww will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account — provided you have not notified us in a timely manner.

3.3 Account Closure

mcww reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse
• Registration under a false identity

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds into mcww are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method). Deposited funds must be sent only from your own mobile banking account — transactions through third parties are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is 10–45 minutes. Payments are sent after the withdrawal request has been verified.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking account used at the time of deposit.
• For bonus-related withdrawals, the specified wagering conditions must be met (see Section 5 for details).
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Cancellations and Reversals

A deposit transaction cannot be cancelled once it has been confirmed. However, if a duplicate charge or incorrect amount is deposited due to a technical error, contact support immediately — the issue will be resolved subject to proof.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

mcww offers new members a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → Total ৳37,000

5.2 Wagering Conditions

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. The wagering calculation is based only on the bonus amount — not on the combined deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse is Prohibited

Bonuses are provided for the purpose of genuine play only. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and the bonus will be cancelled:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting wagering conditions
• Strategic attempts to meet conditions through low-risk bets
• Arbitrage betting

mcww's VIP Program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can move up to higher tiers through regular and active play. VIP benefits are non-transferable, and the same anti-abuse policy that applies to bonuses also applies here.

7.1 Fair Play

mcww uses fair play technology in all games, and game results are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG). If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, mcww reserves the right to make a correction.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing using software, bots, or automated methods
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the games
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Any activity that disrupts the service

7.3 Technical Issues

If an ongoing game or bet is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device failure, mcww will make the final decision based on server records.
